About Quentin Millington
After more than a decade in Taipei, Hong Kong, and New York, I now live in and work from London.
I left Oxford with a degree in Oriental Studies Chinese, before the language was fashionable. A brief stint in tech consultancy led me to investment banking, where I became (eventually) the chief operating officer for a US$1.5 billion business.
Today, my advisory work supports boards and executives to make sense of a complex world and answer, or be the first to ask, the questions that matter.
I remain thoughtful about this complex world. Trends in technology and institutions are causing shifts in how societies work, in how organisations act, and in how people think and live their lives.
The writing on this website celebrates what is possible and at the same time recognises that seductive wrong turns are everywhere, for us as individuals, for business, and for society.
